Creating Your Account
Getting started with Varai Sprints takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, verifying your email, and setting up your organization.
Step 1 — Open the sign-up page
Navigate to the Varai Sprints sign-up page and click Get Started or Sign Up.
Step 2 — Fill in your details
You will see a sign-up form asking for:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Full name | Your first and last name |
| Email address | Your work email address |
| Password | Choose a strong password (see tips below) |
- Use at least 8 characters
- Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Avoid obvious words like your name or "password"
A password strength indicator shows you how secure your password is as you type.
Click Create account when you are ready.
Step 3 — Verify your email
After you submit the form, Varai Sprints sends a verification email to the address you provided.
- Open your email inbox.
- Look for an email from Varai Sprints with the subject "Verify your email address."
- Click the Verify my email button inside the email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, go back to the sign-up page and click Resend verification email.
Step 4 — Set up your organization
Once your email is verified, you will be prompted to set up your organization. This is the top-level account that holds all your workspaces and team members.
- Enter your Organization name (e.g., "Acme Corp" or "My Team").
- Optionally, choose an Organization URL slug — this appears in your Varai Sprints URL.
- Click Create organization.
If a colleague has already set up an organization and invited you by email, you do not need to create a new one. Follow the invitation link in their email instead — it takes you straight to the onboarding flow for your role.
Step 5 — Complete onboarding
After your organization is created, a short onboarding checklist helps you:
- Create your first workspace
- Set your preferences
- Invite team members
You can complete these steps now or skip and return to them later.
